The Sindh Education Foundation deployed e-learning application software in 600 Foundation Assisted Schools through distribution of 18000 Tablet PCs (30 Tablets per school) in all 29 Districts of Sindh Province. To ensure effective implementation of technology enhanced teaching and learning, the foundation provided training on blended teaching and learning methods and techniques to 4500 teachers and carried out extensive teachers mentoring to enable them to accept and adapt technology in teaching and learning to improve knowledge delivery in the Foundation Assisted Schools. Presently, approximately 140,000 to 150,000 students are learning through technology in Foundation Assisted Schools.
